Rockwell Collins flight computers, pilot controls selected for Mitsubishi Regional Jet

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (January 07, 2008) - Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Ltd. (MHI) has selected Rockwell Collins to provide primary flight control computers, pilot controls and  horizontal stabilizer trim system for the Mitsubishi Regional Jet (MRJ).

Rockwell Collins previously announced that MHI selected Rockwell Collins' Pro Line Fusion avionics for the aircraft.

Rockwell Collins will provide the primary flight control computers for MRJ's fly-by-wire system, as well as the pilot controls system including the control wheels, columns, pedals, associated feel systems and pedestal controls and the horizontal stabilizer trim system.
