to provide displays for the U.S. Army fleet of 1,200 or more Sikorsky BLACK HAWK UH-60M aircraft.
Rockwell Collins anticipates more than $225 million in sales from the contracts, when fully executed, over the 20 year life
of the program. Rockwell Collins and Sikorsky have entered into a letter of intent for this program and are working to finalize
definitive agreements.
"Rockwell Collins' successful approach to digital battlefield technology includes development of modular, layered and open

insertion and supportability," said Greg Churchill, executive vice president and COO, Rockwell Collins Government Systems.
"The company is well-positioned with effective solutions for digital technology implementation across the military."
Recently, Rockwell Collins was selected by the U.S. Army as one of two producers of the Joint Tactical Radio System, a family

Special Operations aircraft fleet and the CH-47F.
"Rockwell Collins' design philosophy is to provide common, reusable processing elements in an open architecture system, which
enables us to effectively bring new technology and systems integration into the military," said Churchill.
For the UH-60M, Rockwell Collins is providing high performance Multi-Function Displays (MFDs). Each aircraft will be equipped
with four 6 X 8-inch landscape active matrix liquid crystal displays.
