Shuttle America Signs Maintenance Agreement with Rockwell Collins Aviation Services

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (May 19, 2003) - Shuttle America has selected Rockwell Collins Aviation Services to provide avionics maintenance repair and technical support on its fleet of 21 Saab 340 aircraft.

Under the five-year agreement, Collins Aviation Services will provide avionics repairs for all Rockwell Collins equipment. The fixed-rate per hour agreement enables Shuttle America to consistently and reliably forecast cost of operations. This agreement provides fixed maintenance costs with guaranteed turnaround times for Collins avionics on its Saab 340 fleet.

Shuttle America operates a fleet of 21 Saab 340 aircraft out of Ft. Wayne, Ind., and employs more than 350 aviation professionals. Additional information is available at http://www.shuttleamerica.com/ .

Collins Aviation Services' global network of more than 60 locations provides repair and overhaul of avionics equipment for commercial, business and military operations.
