A great way to start

Students can get hands-on experience through an internship or co-op assignment. Rockwell Collins wants to develop a relationship with talented individuals for prospective full-time employment. This is a great opportunity for students to experience the work environment and culture of an innovative company participating in meaningful and developmental work assignments while pursuing an AS, BS, MS or PhD degree.

The Rockwell Collins Co-op Program provides alternating periods of work and study. Generally, an undergraduate co-op student will work a minimum of three work sessions with one of those sessions being a spring or fall semester. MS and PhD students may arrange individual schedules with respect to their academic calendar. Future sessions are dependent on previous performance and current business conditions.     Interns work full time for the duration of the summer. The opportunity also exists to work part time throughout the school year. Interns are given projects/assignments and are evaluated on their performance at the end of the work session. Many interns return to Rockwell Collins for subsequent internships.
