Our employee networks are formed around common characteristics of diversity with a shared area of interest. They are intended

people. Employee networks provide individuals an opportunity to assist our company in building and sustaining an environment
where everyone's contributions in the workplace are recognized and valued. They are designed to provide a positive environment
that supports personal and professional growth for all of our people. Currently, Rockwell Collins has five employee network
